As a multimedia designer I am a part of #TeamKlipsie. Klipsie is an initiative by Nancy Swaanen that makes lampshades from your (used) bread clips.

My role as a multimedia designer started with designing collection cubes and collection lamps, so that people knew where and how to hand in their clips. Since then, I have also designed and built Klipsie’s website and webshop. Lately, I have been working on mapping out Klipsie’s social and environmental impact! The more we can show what Klipsie does, the easier it is to get people on board in #TeamKlipsie.

This is exactly the kind of design that gets me excited: creating something that not only looks beautiful but also makes a real impact.
